How It Works
Starting Telepsychiatry Care
Scheduling your first visit with Dr. Eveillard is straightforward. All appointments are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant video. Below is the step-by-step process to begin care.
Request an Appointment
Complete the new patient intake form through the Patient Portal. You'll be prompted to submit your insurance information, reason for visit, and a brief symptom history.
Insurance Verification
Your insurance eligibility will be verified prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are uninsured or your plan is not accepted, self-pay and sliding-scale options are available.
Secure Video Visit
At your scheduled time, log in to the Patient Portal and join your video session. Ensure you are in a private, quiet space with a stable internet connection. Sessions are 45–60 minutes for new patients.
Follow-Up & Prescriptions
Follow-up visits are typically 20–30 minutes. Prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy. Controlled substances are subject to state law requirements and may require additional documentation.
Important Telepsychiatry Notes
- • You must be physically located in Florida at the time of your video visit.
- • A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all new patients.
- • If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room. Telepsychiatry is not an emergency service.

Clinical Services
New Patient Evaluation
DURATION: 60 MINUTES
Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation including chief complaint, psychiatric history, medical history, medication review, and diagnostic formulation. A personalized treatment plan is developed collaboratively.
Medication Management
DURATION: 20–30 MINUTES
Follow-up visits to review medication efficacy, tolerability, and adherence. Adjustments are made based on clinical response and patient-reported outcomes.
Psychiatric Consultation
DURATION: 45–60 MINUTES
Focused consultation for second opinion, diagnostic clarity, or treatment-resistant presentations. Available to both patients and referring providers.
Wellness Dispensary
Clinician-curated supplements and wellness products recommended by Dr. Eveillard and available through the Wellness Dispensary portal. Products are evidence-informed and complementary to treatment plans.
Prescription Management
Electronic prescriptions sent directly to your pharmacy. Controlled substance prescriptions comply with Florida PDMP requirements. Refill requests are processed through the Patient Portal.
Mental Health Records
Clinical documentation, visit summaries, and letters of medical necessity are available through the Patient Portal. Record release requires signed authorization.

Insurance
Dr. Eveillard is an out-of-network provider for most commercial insurance plans. A superbill is available upon request for patients who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance company. Please verify your out-of-network mental health benefits prior to scheduling.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee. No-show appointments will be charged the full session rate. Repeated no-shows may result in discharge from the practice.
Prescription Refill Policy
Refill requests must be submitted through the Patient Portal. Refills are not provided outside of scheduled appointments except in cases of clinical necessity at Dr. Eveillard's discretion. Controlled substance refills comply with Florida law.
Communication
All clinical communication is conducted through the secure Patient Portal. Dr. Eveillard does not discuss clinical matters via standard email or text message to protect your privacy.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before receiving services. Contact the practice for details.

Pro Bono Care LLC is Dr. Eveillard's practice entity dedicated to providing psychiatric services to individuals who cannot afford care. Sliding-scale and no-cost appointments are made available on a limited basis each month to qualifying patients.
Pro Bono Care LLC operates under the same clinical standards, HIPAA protections, and evidence-based protocols as the primary practice. There is no difference in the quality or depth of care provided.
